Shabbat Dinner: Preparing for Passover
March 27
Join us for a special Shabbat evening as we gather together just before Passover to reflect on the deeper themes of freedom, renewal, and spiritual preparation.
As we approach the holiday of Pesach, this Shabbat offers a meaningful opportunity to slow down, come together in community, and begin preparing ourselves for the powerful journey of the Seder. In the Jewish tradition, the days leading up to Passover are not only about physical preparation, but also about inner reflection—clearing space within ourselves to experience true freedom.
The evening will begin with a short discussion exploring the spiritual ideas behind Passover and the inner meaning of leaving “Mitzrayim,” the place of constriction, in our own lives. We will then move into Kabbalat Shabbat followed by a warm and beautiful Shabbat dinner.
Expect a relaxed and thoughtful atmosphere, good conversation, and a chance to connect with others as we prepare for one of the most powerful nights of the Jewish calendar.
We look forward to sharing this special Shabbat together.
